Shipping
We ship CO2 neutrally, ie we offset the resulting emissions with an extra surcharge. We also reuse shipping boxes from returns if they are in perfect condition. If you do not want this, please inform us during the check-out process.
For international shipping (outside Germany), we offer express shipping in addition to standard shipping. Express delivery times are 1-2 working days in the European Union and UK and approx. 4 working days in all other countries.

we dispatch orders placed before 12:00 pm CET on the same day. Orders after 12:00 pm CET will be dispatched the following working day.
